• We are only 5 minutes walk from Caroline Bay, a centrepiece of Timaru which features a sandy beach, a park-like setting and the Trevor Griffiths Rose Garden.
• We are also five minutes walk away from Timaru's Town Centre, which has many shops, bars and restaurants. The Museum and Library are also in town.
• Most parks are only 5-10 minutes drive away, including the botanic gardens.
• There are many walking tracks within Timaru's environs.
• The Highfield Golf course is only a short walk away.
• The Maori Park swimming pool is also a short walk, as well as the renowned Desmond Unwin Tennis Courts.
• The Mackenzie Country, Mt Cook and Lake Tekapo are all within two hours travelling distance.
